Advertising with Blue Heron
Blue Heron is performing to ever widening audiences; and more often. We are also collaborating with more organizations than we have in the past, thus broadening our reach. Past collaborators have included Boston’s Museum of Fine Arts, the Currier Museum of Art, the Boston Early Music Festival, Monadnock Music and Harvard University.
Blue Heron has presented its own series of concerts in Cambridge since its founding in 1999. Our 2009-10 season will include three subscription concerts, in addition to the October 16 concert which was sponsored by the Boston Early Music Festival (attended by over 500). Blue Heron also performed in New York City in October and will perform in the Connecticut Early Music Festival in March 2010. Residencies at four Massachusetts Colleges this fall will feature chamber music concerts as well as master classes and workshops.
Blue Heron’s first CD, released in 2007 to critical acclaim, is still selling briskly, and a second CD is due for release this March.
